Nikki’s Seaside Escape – Offline Meetup Recruitment Rules

We’re excited to officially invite our beloved stylists to Nikki’s Seaside Escape, a cozy offline gathering in San Francisco!

Please read the full recruitment guidelines below before submitting your application.

Event Details

• Event Name: Nikki’s Seaside Escape
• Date: July 5–6, 2025 (Saturday & Sunday)
• Time Slots:
• July 5: 12:00–15:00 / 15:00–18:00
• July 6: 12:00–15:00 / 15:00–18:00
• Location: Los Angeles, California (exact address will be shared with confirmed guests)
• Activities: Photo booths, mini games, exclusive rewards, refreshments, and more!

How to Participate

1. Community Application (Open to All Stylists)

• Fill out the Application Form with the following info:
• Your in-game UID
• Discord/Twitter handle

Preferred session(s) (select 2 time slots for flexible scheduling)

Basic travel info (e.g., how you plan to arrive)

• Optional: A message to the dev team or why you’d love to attend

Application Period: June 12–30

Confirmed guests will receive an email by the end of June.

2. UGC Travel Fund Challenge

Stylists who create and submit eligible UGC content will have a chance to:

• Win travel fund support (cash prize)
• Boost their chance of being selected as a reserved guest

Submission Requirements

You can submit one of the following types of creative work:

A. One AR Photo: An AR image that combines your in-game outfit with a real-world scene.

B. Two-Photo Combination (consistent style with image descriptions): One in-game outfit screenshot: Highlight your creative styling. One real-world outdoor photo: This can be a picture of your city, scenery, or travel landscape.

How to Submit Your Entry

1. Post your work: Publish your chosen creation on our Discord channel, Facebook, or X (formerly Twitter).
2. Include the official hashtag: Make sure to include the official hashtag #NikkisSeasideEscape in your post.
3. Complete the Google Form: Fill out the activity registration form and include the link(s) to your submitted work(s).

*Selected entries will be showcased during the event or online!

Prizes

*All monetary prizes are intended as travel fund support and will be issued only upon on-site check-in.

Important Notice

1. Submitting a valid entry is considered an expression of interest in attending the offline event. Please ensure your availability before participating.

2. The Travel Fund (cash prize) is intended to support travel expenses for selected participants.

– It will be issued only after the winner has checked in on-site at the event.

– If the winner does not attend the event in person, the prize will not be granted.

3. All submitted content must be original and created by the participant. Entries that contain copied or non-original material will be disqualified.

4. Submissions must not include any personally identifiable information (such as real faces, names, contact details, or locations). Any entries that violate this rule will be removed and excluded from selection.

• Extra seats will be open to non-registered stylists on-site on a first-come, first-served basis

Even if you don’t secure a reserved spot, you’re welcome to drop by and say hi!

However, food and merchandise are not guaranteed for walk-ins due to limited supplies.

Additional Notes

• The event is free to attend, but travel and lodging are at your own expense unless you win the travel fund prize.
• Travel fund prizes will only be issued to winners who check in on-site at the event.
• Guests must show a digital confirmation email upon arrival.
• Food and merchandise are on a first-come, first-served basis and not guaranteed for walk-ins due to limited supplies.
